The Capri Theater's premiere Northside movie series continues with another slate of films worthy of your attention and time! Programmed in partnership with the MSP Film Society and the Minnesota Historical Society, First Thursday Films at the Capri aims to create a space for dialogue and better understanding. In 1992, best friends Malik and Eric traverse the city of Chicago, looking to escape the mundaneness of school and the hardships of growing up in public housing. They soon find their unbreakable bond challenged when a tragedy shakes their community.
